What are the requirements for the guy wire reel when using utility pole equipment?
During the material preparation process for utility pole equipment, a high mud content in the aggregate and a high stone content in the sand and gravel will both lead to a decrease in the strength and durability of the guy wire reel. Changes in the sand ratio can cause honeycomb, pitting, or even cracks on the surface of the guy wire reel. During material preparation, we should adhere to the principles of "storage first, use first," washing or screening, grading materials, and adjusting the sand ratio.
When assembling the mold, old and deformed molds can cause grout leakage, resulting in an uneven surface on the guy wire reel and affecting the concrete strength. The solution is to promptly inspect or replace the mold; concrete should only be poured after the mold is deemed qualified.
In the critical cement pole equipment batching process, inaccurate water-cement ratios and aggregate quantities will also lead to a decrease in concrete strength and durability. When proportioning raw materials, a water meter or bucket should be used for adding water, and raw materials must be strictly weighed. Sand trucks and stone trucks should not be mixed.
