Quality requirements for the installation and maintenance of pole centrifuges:

1. After final assembly, the support rollers should rotate freely without any obstruction;

2. The wheel spacing deviation of any support roller should not exceed 2.5mm;

3. All fasteners must be secure, and there should be no misinstallation or omission;

4. The levelness of the common reference axis of the support rollers should not exceed 0.015/100;

5. The coaxiality between the support rollers and the common reference axis should not exceed 1.5mm when the number of support roller groups is 6 or less, and should not exceed 2mm when the number of groups is 6 to 8;

6. The allowable error for the wheel spacing is ±0.3mm;

7. The end face runout of the support rollers should not exceed 0.3mm, and the outer circle runout should not exceed 0.15mm.
