The surfaces of the mold's running wheels and centrifuge support rollers must be smooth and have a circular cross-section. Due to uneven wear and tear from friction during operation, the surfaces of the running wheels and support rollers will become uneven after a certain period of use. When the depth of the unevenness exceeds ±3mm, it must be machined round in time. The relative deviation of the outer diameter of each running wheel on the same mold should be controlled within ±0.45mm to prevent the mold from jumping during centrifugation.
