Cement pipe making equipment can be divided into two types: roller-type pipe making machines and centrifugal pipe making machines. These machines are characterized by simple operation and high mechanical strength. The following precautions should be taken when using the equipment:
1. Maintain cleanliness during the pipe making process. Rinse thoroughly before the end of each shift to prevent cement slurry from adhering to the surrounding parts and affecting normal operation.
2. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower pulleys to ensure the main motor transmits power normally, achieving the forming speed of the roller-type machine and ensuring the cement pipe density meets the standard requirements.
3. Lubricate all rotating parts regularly to ensure smooth operation.
4. Adjust the distance of the electric roller of the feeder as needed to ensure the conveyor belt is tensioned and provides the required amount of material for cement pipe forming.
5. Correct use and regular maintenance are essential to ensure the normal operation of the roller-type machine unit.
6. Due to varying foundation settlement, users are required to frequently adjust the six bolts connecting the suspension roller shaft and the large pulley, as well as the one adjusting bolt after transmission, during machine use to ensure the coaxiality of the suspension roller shaft and transmission shaft.
7. After a period of use, localized wear will inevitably occur at the contact points between the two ends of the suspension roller shaft and the mold retaining ring. In this case, the worn areas must be repaired with 507 welding rods and machined to the required dimensions before reuse.
8. The electric roller and the trolley travel reducer must be lubricated and cooled with mechanical oil before use.
