With the development of my country's cement pipe-making machinery industry, various types of cement pipe-making machines have appeared in our lives and are widely used. Cement pipe-making machines come in different models and styles depending on different production applications. Common types include:

1. Vertical Cement Pipe-Making Machine

Vertical cement pipe-making machines use an internal extrusion method to form concrete. Cement pipes produced by vertical cement pipe-making machines are approximately 1m long per section, with an average diameter of 200-1000mm. They are mainly used in urban drainage and water supply facilities.

2. Suspended Roller Cement Pipe-Making Machine

Suspended roller cement pipe-making machines use rollers to support the pipe mold, simultaneously applying roller pressure to the concrete inside the mold. When the rollers drive the pipe mold at high speed, the concrete inside the machine is distributed along the inner wall of the mold under centrifugal force, forming a tubular shape. Cement pipes produced by suspended roller cement pipe-making machines are approximately 2-4m long and 2-2.5m in diameter. It is commonly used in municipal engineering, urban and rural drainage construction, and for supporting large-scale bridges.
