Since the centrifugal machine works by using the centrifugal force generated by the mold's rotation around its own centerline to centrifuge the concrete, the roundness and straightness of the mold's running wheels are crucial for the centrifugal molding process. Loose joints during mold closing, resulting in non-round running wheels, or excessive slurry accumulation at the mold's tail end causing unevenness, can lead to mold vibration, accelerating wear and damage to both the centrifugal pump's running wheels and the mold itself. These issues must be carefully monitored during production. Furthermore, displacement of the centrifugal pump's running wheels, especially the side running wheels, can affect the mold's service life and, in severe cases, cause mold failure. This requires serious attention.
