Suspended roller type cement pipe molds are mechanical equipment used to produce cement pipes and other products. Molds are molds and tools used in industrial production for methods such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die casting, forging, smelting, and stamping to obtain the desired product; they are part of pipe-making machines. When using a pipe-making machine, pay attention to the correct operating procedures, including assembling reinforcement and molds, loading the molds onto the machine, concrete mixing, feeding and roller pressing, and clean roller forming.

The following are precautions for feeding and roller pressing operations of suspended roller cement pipe molds:
1. Feeding procedure: When the pipe wall thickness is less than 50 mm, feed from the front end (the socket end of the spigot or serrated pipe) about 25-30 mm from the pipe opening to the pipe opening, then feed from the other end about 25-30 mm from the pipe opening to the pipe opening in the same manner. This ensures that after roller pressing at both ends, the pipe body can be formed by roller pressing backward from the front end. When the pipe wall thickness is greater than 60 cm, first evenly spread concrete to 2/3 of the pipe wall thickness to stabilize the reinforcing steel, and then repeat the above feeding procedure.
2. The feeding amount should be controlled so that the concrete after compaction is 3-5 mm higher than the retaining ring. To facilitate observation, the concrete adhering to the retaining ring should be scraped off at any time. If conditions permit, a spotlight can be used for inspection. 3. During feeding, control the material flow to be uniform, continuous, and uninterrupted. The material should move forward or backward in one smooth motion, without back-and-forth movement or continuous replenishment. Avoid concrete accumulation inside the pipe mold to prevent the mold from jumping due to localized thickness, which can cause concrete cracking, collapse, and uneven deformation of the reinforcing steel frame.
This concludes our introduction to the feeding and rolling precautions for the suspended roller type cement pipe mold making machine. We hope this information is helpful. For more information on pipe making machinery, cement pole molds, and other products, please visit our website!
