Centrifugal cement pipe making machine is a type of cement pipe making equipment, generally divided into two parts: molds and machinery. According to the structural form, it can be classified into two types: roller-type pipe making machine and centrifugal pipe making machine. The equipment operates on pipe interfaces including plain end, tongue and groove, and socket end, and features advantages such as simple operation and high strength. The forming principle of this equipment is explained below:

When using a centrifugal cement pipe-making machine, after concrete is poured into the cement pipe mold, the concrete mixture is evenly distributed along the pipe wall until it compacts. This process generally involves four stages:

1. Pouring and Distributing Stage: This stage mainly involves pouring the mixed concrete into the slowly rotating steel mold.

2. Even Distribution Stage: The mixture is evenly distributed along the inner wall of the steel mold using the centrifugal force gained from rotation.

3. Medium-Speed Stage: This is the intermediate stage transitioning from slow to fast speed.

4. Compacting Stage: In this stage, the steel mold rotates rapidly, giving the concrete within the mold a predetermined centrifugal force, thus compacting the concrete.

At the same rotational speed, the magnitude of the centrifugal force depends on the mass of the particles in the mixture. Therefore, different particles will experience different settling (or different compressive forces) along the direction of the centrifugal force.

This concludes the introduction to the forming principle of the centrifugal cement pipe-making machine. Please pay attention to the correct operating procedures when using the equipment and perform proper maintenance after use.
