When using steel formwork for cement poles, pay attention to the correct operating procedures. Hoist the new formwork onto the centrifuge, slowly increasing the speed from low to high for unloaded operation. The operation should be smooth and without any jumping before feeding materials into the machine. Safety must be ensured during hoisting; no formwork should pass directly above the workers' heads. The operating procedure for the pole formwork is as follows:

1. Before using the steel formwork for cement poles, complete the necessary equipment adjustments.
2. Hoist the new formwork onto a centrifuge for no-load testing. Only put it into use if no abnormalities are observed.
3. After opening the formwork, apply release oil to both the upper and lower molds. Then, add the reinforcing cage to the bottom mold. Evenly distribute the concrete and smooth it, ensuring there is no concrete on the wedge joints. Then close the formwork. When closing the formwork, ensure no soil falls onto the wedge joints; if necessary, reopen the formwork and clean it again.
4. When tightening the closing screws, tighten them simultaneously from both ends to the other. The tightness of the screws depends on their position; otherwise, the formwork may deform.
5. When reusing the formwork, pay attention to cleaning the wedge joints to prevent grout leakage. Applying wax will improve the effect. During operation, pay attention to safety and prevent injuries.
6. When loading the centrifuge, gently lower the object onto the running wheel. Centrifugation time is 2 minutes at 10Hz for low speed operation; 3 minutes at 25Hz for medium speed operation; and 6 minutes at 50Hz for high speed operation.
7. When loading into the aeration tank, ensure the tank floor is level.
This is an introduction to the operation process of cement pole steel molds. When using machinery to open the mold, both ends should be opened simultaneously. The bottom mold should also be lifted together by all four lifting rings. After the pole is removed, clean the mold along the rings.
