Well pipe steel molds are mainly used in cement pipe manufacturing. Cement pipe making requires pipe-making machinery and molds, and different models and styles of equipment are available to meet different production needs. Users should choose according to their actual requirements. Cement pipes can be used for highways, urban rainwater and sewage drainage systems, etc. During manufacturing and use, proper maintenance is essential.
There are two methods for cement pipe maintenance: steam curing and natural curing. The well pipe steel mold manufacturer will introduce the steam curing method for cement pipes below:

First, a steam curing tank needs to be built. A typical steam curing tank is 2.5 meters wide, 4 meters long, and 3 meters deep, but the dimensions can be adjusted based on production volume and mold size. A boiler is also needed to supply steam to the steam curing tank. The tank must be well-sealed. Once the steam curing tank is completed, it is ready for use. After the cement pipes are made, they can be hoisted into the steam curing tank for steam curing. Generally, steam curing takes 2.5-3.5 hours until the cement pipes have solidified. Generally, the higher the temperature, the shorter the curing time; the curing time is inversely proportional to the steam temperature. Higher temperatures are better.
This concludes our introduction to the steam curing method for cement pipes from the well pipe steel mold manufacturer. We hope this information is helpful. For more details on pipe manufacturing equipment and methods, please contact us by phone.
