Cement pipe-making equipment can be divided into roller-type and centrifugal-type based on its structure. The equipment is mainly used to produce concrete and reinforced concrete pipes with lengths of 2-5m and inner diameters of 300-2500mm. Pipe joints available include plain end, tongue and groove, and socket end; users should choose the appropriate type based on their application. When using pipe-making equipment, it is important to adhere to the specifications; the relevant precautions are as follows:

1. Before starting the machine, first check that all transmission connections of the cement pipe-making equipment are normal.
2. Next, remove the positioning pins, pull the movable gantry outwards and rotate it 90° to disengage the suspension roller shaft from the gantry and support, placing it in a free state. After the suspension roller pipe-making mold is lifted by the overhead crane and fitted onto the suspension roller shaft, close the gantry, allowing the suspension roller shaft to be supported within the sleeve. Insert the positioning pins into the positioning holes.
3. Then, lower the cement pipe-making mold, ensuring that the inner holes of the retaining rings at both ends of the mold press against the suspension shaft. Remove the wire rope, move the overhead crane away, and prepare to start the machine.
4. Start the speed-regulating motor to allow the suspension roller shaft to drive the mold to idle. After normal operation, start the conveyor to feed material into the hopper, and then feed it into the mold via the feeder conveyor belt. Under the action of centrifugal force, roller pressure, and vibration, the concrete is gradually compacted and formed. After forming, remove the feeder belt from the mold, and finally turn off the main motor.
5. Use a crane to lift the compacted mold, suspending the roller shaft above the inner wall of the mold. Open the gantry, and use the crane to slowly move the mold out, detaching it from the roller shaft. Place it on a curing trolley and send it into the kiln for steam curing. Finally, return the movable gantry to its original position, completing the entire production process for one concrete pipe.
Operators of cement pipe-making equipment are required to be familiar with the equipment's structure and operating procedures. For more detailed information about pipe-making machinery, pole molds, and other equipment, please contact us by phone.
