3. Regularly lubricate all rotating parts to ensure smooth operation.

4. Adjust the distance of the electric roller of the feeder as needed to ensure the conveyor belt's tension and delivery, guaranteeing the required material feed for cement pipe forming.

5. Due to varying foundation settlement, users must frequently adjust the six bolts connecting the suspension roller shaft and the large pulley, as well as the one adjusting bolt after the transmission shaft, to ensure the coaxiality of the suspension roller shaft and transmission shaft.

6. After a period of use, localized wear will inevitably occur at the contact points between the suspension roller shaft and the pipe mold retaining ring. In this case, the worn areas must be repaired with 507 welding rods to the required dimensions before reuse.

7. The electric roller and trolley travel reducer must be lubricated and cooled with machine oil before use.
