1. The suitable hydraulic oil temperature is 30-55 degrees Celsius. The machine must not be started when the oil temperature is below 15 degrees Celsius or above 60 degrees Celsius. A heater or cooler can be used to adjust the oil temperature.

2. The air filter, cooler, oil tank, and oil filter should be cleaned frequently to ensure unobstructed oil flow. Regularly check all lubrication points and fasteners.

3. The hydraulic oil should generally be changed every 6 months. When changing the oil, thoroughly clean the oil tank and oil pipes of the cement pipe making machine. Deteriorated or dirty hydraulic oil will increase system noise, reduce the lifespan of the oil pump, cylinder, and directional valve, and may even cause the entire system to malfunction. Constant attention is required when using a cement pipe making machine.
