The main steam curing process for cement pipes is as follows:

1. After the cement pipe is fabricated on the cement pipe making machine, the cement pipe and the mold are hoisted together into the steam curing tank for steam curing, which takes approximately 3-4 hours. The steam curing process involves three stages.

2. In the first stage, the temperature in the steam curing tank rises from a low temperature (30-40 degrees Celsius) to a high temperature (100 degrees Celsius) over approximately one hour.

3. The second stage requires maintaining the high temperature (around 100 degrees Celsius) for approximately one hour.

4. The third stage involves lowering the temperature from the high temperature to the low temperature, also taking approximately one hour.

5. After 3 hours, the cement pipe is fully steam cured, and the concrete has solidified.
