Installation Instructions for Cement Pole Steel Formwork:

1. Before assembling the pole, always check that the packaging is intact and that all parts are free from dents or damage. Repair any damage immediately.

2. Repair any scratches on the running wheel surface promptly.

3. Hoist each section of the steel formwork onto the pole centrifuge in sequence. Insert the connecting bolts into the bolt holes of the connecting flanges and tighten them symmetrically pair by pair.

4. Loosen all the cladding bolts, but do not allow them to sag. The bolts should still have pre-tightening force to secure the two halves of the formwork. Tighten the nuts using only your fingers without tools. Then, slowly rotate the steel formwork for 1-2 minutes.

5. Tighten all the cladding bolts with tools until a feeler gauge checks for gaps at the joint surfaces.

6. Slowly increase the speed from low to high for no-load operation. The operation should be smooth and without any jumping before starting production.
