Pole steel molds are molds used to produce cement utility poles. They are mainly used to produce various types of cement poles, with different lengths and thicknesses depending on the requirements, typically ranging from 7 to 18 meters. For special requirements, please consult the manufacturer for custom production.
Supporting facilities for steel molds include running wheels, the steel mold itself, a gantry crane, and an electric motor. Due to transportation and process considerations, steel molds need to be manufactured in sections at the factory and assembled after production.
Ring-shaped reinforced concrete steel molds are semi-circular two-piece structures, and can be divided into two types: equal-diameter molds and conical molds. Specifications include conical molds: diameter Φ100-Φ470mm, length 6-21m, taper 1:75; equal-diameter molds: diameter Φ200-Φ400mm, length 3-9m and above. Both steel molds are suitable for the production of prestressed or non-prestressed utility poles.
