A utility pole mold is a mold used to produce cement utility poles. It is mainly used to produce various types of cement poles, with different lengths and thicknesses depending on the requirements, typically ranging from 7 to 18 meters. Related equipment includes running wheels, steel molds, gantry cranes, and electric motors.
Before assembling the poles, it is essential to check that the packaging is intact and that all components are free from dents or damage. Any damage must be repaired immediately. The connecting flange cross-section and the running wheel track are precision-machined, as the connection accuracy directly affects the curvature of the entire steel mold and the smoothness of operation. Poor surface quality of the running wheel track can also cause vibration during operation; therefore, any scratches must be repaired promptly. When removing burrs, only sandpaper should be used. Protruding areas around the scratches should be carefully filed down, ensuring the filing area does not exceed the protruding area.
