When purchasing and using a pole centrifuge, operators should have a thorough understanding of the equipment's operating instructions. During operation, due to improper use or prolonged use, some abnormalities may inevitably occur, so proper maintenance is essential. Below is an introduction to the machine's working process:

During the pole forming process, when the centrifugal force generated by the motor driving the steel mold is equal to or slightly greater than the self-weight of the concrete, the concrete overcomes the influence of gravity, settles away from the center of rotation, and distributes itself around the cement pole mold without collapsing. As the speed continues to increase, the centrifugal force forces the various material particles in the concrete mixture to be squeezed towards the pole wall along the direction of the centrifugal force, achieving uniform and dense forming.

The process consists of three steps:

1. Slow speed stage (2-3 minutes): This allows the concrete to distribute around the inner wall of the steel mold without collapsing.

2. Medium speed stage (0.5-1 minute): This prevents damage to the concrete structure during centrifugation; it is a short transition stage from low to high speed.

3. High-speed stage (6-15 minutes): The concrete is squeezed towards the inner mold wall along the direction of centrifugal force to achieve uniform and dense molding, and excess water is removed. The operating speed and time of each stage vary depending on the specifications and model of the pole.
