Pole machinery refers to the mechanical equipment used in the production of cement poles. The cement pole production process mainly consists of six steps: steel reinforcement cage fabrication, concrete mixing, mold cleaning and installation, prestressed steel tensioning, centrifugal molding, curing, and demolding. The machinery involved includes: centrifuges, machine-made steel molds, tensioning machines, upsetting machines, boilers, and mixers. Concrete batching for electrical machinery operations must strictly adhere to the required proportions. Specifically, the proportions of cement, water, and admixtures should not exceed 1% to 2%; the proportion of sand and gravel should not exceed 1% to 3%. High-precision electronic weighing equipment should be used for batching. The moisture content of sand and gravel should also be measured according to climate changes to adjust the proportions accordingly.
