A cement pole equipment manufacturer introduces the requirements for concrete raw materials for cement poles:

1. Cement: Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, rapid-hardening Portland cement, and sulfate-resistant Portland cement should be used. Their performance should comply with the provisions of GB 175 and GB 748 respectively. The strength grades of cement used for pole production are:

(1) The strength grade of cement used for prestressed concrete poles should not be lower than grade 42.5;

(2) The strength grade of cement used for reinforced concrete poles should not be lower than grade 32.5.

2. Fine aggregate: Hard, medium-coarse sand should be used, with a fineness modulus of 2.3 to 3.2 and a mud content not exceeding 2%. When the concrete strength grade is C60 or higher, the fineness modulus should preferably be greater than 2.6, the mud content should be less than 1%, the mud lump content should be 0%, the chloride ion content should not exceed 0.01%, and the sulfide and sulfate content should not exceed 0.5%; other indicators should comply with the provisions of GB/T 14684.

3. Coarse aggregate: Crushed stone and pebbles should be used, with a mud content of less than 1%, and the maximum particle size of the aggregate should not exceed 1/2 wall thickness or 3/4 of the minimum spacing of the reinforcing bars. When the concrete strength grade is C60 or higher, the crushed stone particle size should not exceed 25mm, the content of needle-like and flaky particles should not exceed 5%, the mud content should be less than 0.5%, and the mud lump content should be 0%; it should be screened and washed before use, and other requirements should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 14685.

4. Water: Tap water and clean natural water should preferably be used for concrete, and it should not contain harmful impurities and oil stains that affect the normal setting and hardening of cement, and should comply with the provisions of JGJ63.
