The extrusion cement pipe-making machine can fully utilize stone chips, stone powder (quarry waste powder), and sand, plus 20% cement, to produce spigot/socket, tongue-and-groove, and perforated or unreinforced cement pipes with inner diameters of 150-1000mm and lengths of 1000mm. The equipment features advanced pipe-making technology, withstanding internal water pressure up to 0.5MPa. All pipes are formed in one step and demolded immediately. The total motor power is 11 kW, requiring 4-6 people per shift, with an efficiency of 10-20 sections per hour. The machine produces a smooth, impermeable surface, making it widely applicable for farmland irrigation, wells, small pumping stations, municipal drainage, and highway culverts.
