Centrifugal cement pipe making machines use sand, gravel, and cement as raw materials. They can produce various reinforced concrete drainage pipes with lengths of 1000-5000mm and inner diameters of 200-1200mm, including plain-end, tongue-and-groove, and socket-end types. All mechanical properties fully comply with relevant standards. They are widely used in high-grade deep well, municipal drainage, and highway water supply and drainage projects, with a production efficiency of 4-5 pipes per hour.

Centrifugal molding uses a one-time feeding process. After feeding, the concrete should be leveled to ensure even distribution and a smooth, flat inner wall after accelerated centrifugation. The feeding speed should be controlled to prevent material slippage, generally around 280 rpm (motor speed).
