When using cement pole molds, it is important to follow the correct operating procedures. Hoist the new mold onto the centrifuge, slowly increasing the speed from low to high for unloaded operation. The operation should be smooth and without any jumping before material is added for production. Safety precautions must be taken during hoisting; no mold should pass directly overhead. The main workflow for cement pole molds is as follows:

1. Before using the cement pole mold, complete the necessary installation and adjustments.

2. Hoist the new mold onto the centrifuge and perform a no-load test run. Only use it if there are no abnormalities.

3. After opening the mold, apply release oil to both the upper and lower molds. Then, add the reinforcing cage to the bottom mold. Evenly distribute the concrete and smooth it, ensuring there is no concrete on the wedge. Then close the mold. When closing the mold, ensure no soil falls onto the wedge; if any, it must be opened and cleaned again.

4. When tightening the mold closing screws, tighten them simultaneously from both ends to the other. The tightness of the screws depends on their position; otherwise, the mold may deform.

5. When reusing the mold, pay attention to cleaning the wedge to prevent grout leakage. Applying wax will improve the effect. During operation, pay attention to safety and prevent injuries.

6. When loading the centrifuge, gently place the pole onto the running wheel. Centrifuge at low speed for 2 minutes at 10Hz; at medium speed for 3 minutes at 25Hz; and at high speed for 6 minutes at 50Hz.

7. When loading the aeration tank, ensure the tank floor is level.
