The basic material for the suspension roller shaft and base needs to be 45# steel, as well as the wear-resistant cast steel head of the front mast. This is the current minimum standard for suspension roller mill production. If this standard is not met, the main components of the suspension roller mill will have a shorter service life, and may even cause safety accidents.

When placing the molds into the suspension roller mill shaft, the crane operator must handle it gently. Regardless of the size of the machinery, mold placement must be done carefully. When configuring the crane, choose a high-quality stranded electric hoist. Such a hoist will ensure stable movement and a stable motor, preventing unstable descent speeds and avoiding the molds from slamming onto the main shaft over a short distance.

In terms of raw materials, the friction retaining rings of the molds should be made of a material two grades lower than 45# steel to accommodate the friction between multiple molds and the suspension roller shaft, reducing the main shaft wear rate.
