A Brief Explanation of the Production Process of Cement Pole and Mechanical Pole

In the production of cement poles, cement pole machinery is an indispensable piece of equipment. Generally, the machinery mainly includes pipe-making machinery and pipe-making molds. New cement pole production processes not only save production time but also produce finished products with a longer lifespan compared to previous methods. How much do you know about the production process of cement poles? Let's take a look together.

1. Prepare the raw materials needed for producing cement utility poles. These include: reinforcing bars, sand, gravel, and cement.

2. Straighten the prepared reinforcing bars to the specified length using a reinforcing bar straightening and cutting machine, then cut them. If resources are limited, a wire rod coiling machine can be used, but the effect is not as good as the straightening and cutting machine. Arrange the straightened reinforcing bars and send them to the next process.

3. Prepare the mold for the cement utility pole of the required length. Simultaneously, coil the straightened reinforcing bars into loops using thin steel wire, wrapping them around the weft wire. Secure the joints with wire, thus creating the overall framework of the cement pole within the mold. Then, mix cement, sand, and gravel according to a specific ratio, and finally pour the mixture to fill the mold completely.

4. After pouring the cement, cover the mold with the top, ensuring the gaps on both sides are small or closed. Finally, plug both ends with nozzles to prevent cement from overflowing.

5. Use a hook to lift the cement pole mold onto a centrifuge. The high-speed rotation of the centrifuge evenly spreads cement onto the inner wall of the mold, making the cement pole hollow.

6. Then, using a gantry crane, lift the mold into a large rectangular, semi-underground container connected to a boiler, essentially a large steamer. Cover the steamer and steam the cement pole with high-temperature steam for a period of time to accelerate cement curing. After high-temperature steaming, the cement pole is approximately 95% solidified and basically shaped.

7. After a period of time, use a gantry crane to lower the pole down, remove the end caps, and the cement pole is finished. Then, place it in an open space to fully solidify. After full solidification, allow it to dry in a place protected from direct sunlight for a final drying. This completes the production of cement utility poles.
