However, excessive cement will cause the silicate to expand excessively during the hardening process, leading to cracks. When the cement dissolves too quickly and accumulates too much heat, the temperature of the finished product will rise sharply, causing significant internal stress in the cement pipe making machine, resulting in surface cracking of the cement pipe. Excess moisture evaporates from the inside and outside of the cement pipe during steam curing, further softening the surface, shrinking its volume, and causing cracks. These cracks are sparse, sometimes forming a soft, thin shell 3-4 mm thick on the surface, which will easily peel off and crumble with a gentle hammer blow.
