The cement pipe-making machine, with its reasonable, advanced, and highly efficient overall structure, is an essential piece of equipment for producing various types of cement pipes. To ensure safe production, the following safety precautions must be taken:
1. Before production, strictly follow the process specifications for material preparation and carefully measure the materials.
2. During material preparation, strictly adhere to the feeding sequence: gravel → cement → sand or sand → cement → gravel. Do not arbitrarily change this sequence. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment at the material preparation site and ensure unobstructed material transport channels.
3. Ensure that all equipment, facilities, and tools used at this workstation are in good working order.
4. Do not perform maintenance or add lubricating oil (grease) during the operation of the cement pipe-making machine. If any abnormal operation is detected, immediately stop the machine for inspection. Operating the cement pipe-making machine with a malfunction is strictly prohibited.

5. During the operation of the cement pipe-making machine, it is forbidden to stop arbitrarily. In case of a stoppage, the discharge door should be opened immediately to unload the material and prevent the concrete from hardening. It is strictly forbidden to strike the hopper or mixing drum with blunt objects.
6. During operation, prevent sand, gravel, or other debris from falling into the moving parts of the mixer to avoid jamming and damage to components. Material adhering to the bottom of the hopper should be cleaned promptly to avoid affecting the opening of the hopper door.
7. Each batching should strictly adhere to the rated capacity (1135kg) of the shearing machine. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
8. Each feeding should only proceed after the mixer drum has completely discharged material and the discharge door has been closed. Furthermore, personnel are strictly prohibited from standing or remaining in the hopper's operating area when lifting or lowering the hopper.
9. No miscellaneous items are allowed inside the power control box. The power control box should be kept clean, intact, secure, and safe.
