There are two situations that affect the service life of the pipe:
1. When the welds of the reinforcing mesh are not firm, the reinforcing bars will run out or be missing, resulting in areas of the pipe body without reinforcement.
2. After molding, the reinforcing mesh is difficult to center, and the reinforcing mesh is eccentric, meaning the protective layer of the reinforcing mesh is uneven. This process requires a large number of molds to ensure output. The dimensions of each mold have deviations. Long-term disassembly and reassembly of split molds can also cause significant deformation. Therefore, this leads to large deviations in the roundness, verticality of the pipe opening, pipe diameter, and pipe length, affecting the installation quality of the project. Leakage will cause road subsidence and pollute the soil and groundwater on both sides of the pipeline.
