The main power source of a centrifugal pipe-making machine is the motor and centrifuge. The motor and centrifuge are connected by a pulley for power transmission. After a certain period of use, the pulley will age and lose performance. Slippage is a problem that occurs when the pulley reaches a certain level of aging. After slippage, it can be used for a while by adjusting the tensioner. If the problem persists, the pulley of the same model must be replaced.

The bearings on the centrifuge have lubrication holes. Lubricating oil should be injected into these holes regularly. Inadequate maintenance can lead to excessive bearing clearance, causing vibration, poor centrifugation, and reduced product density. In such cases, the bearings need to be replaced promptly.

Commonly used buttons on the equipment's control cabinet also require frequent spare parts. Frequent operation can cause short circuits between the button springs and plastic parts. When the buttons can no longer be switched on or off, they need to be replaced.

Because of the long-term lack of equipment maintenance, it is advisable to have extra bearings and bearing sleeves. Bearing sleeves from the same batch will have a better fit with the bearings.
