A cement pipe mold is a mold used to produce cement pipes. Before use, the mold needs to be properly assembled. To ensure the quality of the cement pipes, it is important to keep the mold clean during assembly, and the assembly process should be performed by skilled personnel. Below are some precautions to take when assembling the mold for use.

1. Before installing the cement pipe mold, the upper and lower mold halves should be thoroughly cleaned. The formwork agent should be applied evenly. Tensioning plates and anchor plates should be cleaned individually, and machine oil should be applied to contact areas. The length of the tensioning studs should match the thickness of the tensioning plates and anchor plates. Tensioning nuts should be tightened symmetrically and evenly to prevent pile tip tilting.

2. The reinforcing steel cage should be aligned before installation. When inserting the steel sleeve, both ends should be placed smoothly, without any dents or warping. Ensure the steel sleeve and mold are tightly fitted to prevent grout leakage. When closing the mold, ensure the joint between the upper and lower steel molds is clean and free of debris, and take necessary measures to prevent grout leakage. Place the upper mold carefully, avoiding collisions with the steel sleeve.

3. The dimensional error of the assembled pipe mold should be less than the allowable deviation requirements for each part of the pipe of that specification. There should be no obvious gaps at the two ends and joints. Fasteners connecting all parts should be secure and reliable.

4. The inner wall of the pipe mold should be thoroughly cleaned, removing any remaining cement slurry. The inner wall of the pipe mold, as well as the retaining ring and base plate, should be coated with a release agent.

When assembling cement pipe molds, attention should be paid to tightening the joint connecting bolts in sequence. The tightening force should be moderate to prevent grout leakage at the joints while avoiding mold out-of-roundness.
